<p>To prepare Grilled Tuna Kebabs, you first need to cut all the fishes and veggies in similar sized pieces. Then, make the marinade and puree onion with rosemary, garlic, pepper and salt in a food processor. Make sure to drizzle in the olive oil while making puree and continue to puree for 1 minute or so.

<p>Next step is to coat the fish and veggies in this prepared marinade. Now, set in the marinated fish and veggies in a refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight. After this, pierce the fish against the grain and select the pieces of same size for skewering. Now, prepare the grill for high and direct heat and lay the skewers on the grill. Move the pieces only after 3 to 5 minutes until one side is well browned.

<p>The first step to make Seared Encrusted Tuna Steak Salad is to mix the chili with the coriander in a martar and pestle. Then, add basil, garlic, lemon juice and cilantro according to taste and mix it all well and season.
<p>Next step is to lay out tuna steaks on a tray and season its both sides with the herb mixture. Now take a pan and heat it and spread a little olive oil. After this, put in it the seasoned tuna and sear the tuna to make it more easy to fry. Fry on each side for about 45 to 60 seconds.
<p>Lastly, rip the steaks in half and serve them on salad greens with some sun dried tomatoes, basil and olives.</p>

<p>Vegetable Oil – 2 Tablespoons
<p>Soy Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
<p>Miso Soup Mix – 1.1ounce
<p>3 fluid ounces milk </p>

<p><b>Method</b>
<p>Mix sesame seeds, white pepper, seasoning salt, onion powder, kosher salt, wasabi powder and flour well in a bowl. Set the mixture aside.
<p>Mix eggs and milk together in a separate bowl.
<p>Dip tuna steaks first in egg mixture and then in flour mixture so that it is coated properly on both sides
<p>Now press the steaks so that it is well coated by sesame seeds on both sides.
<p>Heat the oil over medium high heat.
<p>For 2 minutes on each side, fry the Tuna Steaks and remove from the heat immediately. Make sure that the inside of fish is red.
<p>Mix soy sauce with soy miso dressing. Heat the mixture and drizzle over steaks.</p>

<p>Peel the eggs and chop them.
<p>Stir together the tuna, mayonnaise, celery and eggs.

<p>Top the sandwich with the rest of bread slices.
<p>The simple and easy to make tuna egg sandwich is ready to eat. </p>
