<p><b>Ingredients:</b>
<p>300g cooked steak
<p>1 tbsp butter
<p>1 large potato, cubed
<p>1 small avocado, sliced
<p>Green torn, lettuce, spinach and watercress
<p>Oil for frying
<p><b>For Dressing:</b>
<p>2 tbsp fresh cream
<p>2 tbsp olive oil
<p>1 tbsp white wine vinegar
<p>1 tsp wholegrain mustard
<p>1 tsp horserash sauce
<p>½ tsp sugar </p>

<p><b>Method:</b>
<p>Firstly, fry the potato cubes in a pan with butter and oil until golden brown. Then, drain on a tissue paper.
<p>Then, slice the steak in thin slices and make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl over low heat and whisking until the sugar dissolves.
<p>Now, add avocado, greens, crunchy potatoes and steak in a bowl and mix it well.
<p>Serve the potatoes with the prepared dressing.</p>
