If you think, tuna fish can’t be eaten in a sandwich form, then you need to think again. Recently, I tried a new tuna recipe that can be prepared instantly with a handful of ingredients. I made Tuna Salad Sandwiches for my family and believe me; I was showered by so many compliments for its tempting taste. I am sharing the recipe for this delicious sandwich with you.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can of tuna fish
1/4 Purple onion, chopped finely
1 Celery stalk, chopped finely
1/3 cup of cottage cheese
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp of Mayonaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp capers
Juice of half of a lemon
Pinch or two of dill
Slices of French bread, lightly toasted
