I made Tuna Salad Sandwiches for my family and believe me; I was showered by so many compliments for its tempting taste. I am sharing the recipe for this delicious sandwich with you.

Ingredients:

1 (6 ounce) can of tuna fish

1/4 Purple onion, chopped finely

1 Celery stalk, chopped finely

1/3 cup of cottage cheese

2 tbsp minced fresh parsley

2 tbsp of Mayonaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp capers

Juice of half of a lemon

Pinch or two of dill

Slices of French bread, lightly toasted

2 cups Macaroni pasta

2 (7-ounce) cans Salmon

1/3 cup chopped Shallots, red onions, or green onions (with onion greens)

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

2 stalks Celery, chopped

1 tsp Mustard

1 tsp Lemon zest

2 tbsp chopped Fresh parsley

1 tbsp chopped Fresh dill (or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill)

1 tbsp Lemon juice

Freshly ground black pepper

Tabasco to taste

Salt
