Then, blanch the tomatoes by plunging them in a pot filled with steaming water for about 15 seconds and after that plunge them into ice water for a minute. <p>To prepare Garlic &amp; Chilli Prawn Pizza, you first need to peel off 20 medium uncooked prawns without removing the tails. After this mix the prawns with 3 crushed garlic cloves and ¼ cup sweet chili sauce.
<p>Then, place 2 large Lebanese bread rounds on the oven trays and spread on it 140g tub pizza sauce topping it with basil leaves, red onion slices, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, prawns and capsicum.
<p>Next step is to sprinkle 1 cup of grated Bega So Light Cheese. Now, cook the pizza in a preheated oven at 240 degree Celsius for about 15 minutes or until it is brown. Serve hot with an extra chili sauce as per preference.</p>

<p>In order to prepare Ostrich Steak With Brandy And Mustard Sauce, you first need to reduce the brandy with the shallot and garlic by 4/5<sup>th</sup>. Now, add the mustard and demi glace sauce to the Brandy syrup and cook at sim heat and season and keep it warm.
<p>Next step is to heat the oil in a pan and season the ostrich with cracked black pepper and some sea salt. Now, fry it over medium heat for 2 minutes and turn over and repeat. After this, you need to deglaze the frying pan with the reserved Brandy and stock and pour it on the sauce.
<p>You then need to whisk the butter and add it in the sauce piece by piece to give proper richness and gloss. Garnish the steaks by placing it on a plate and spooning the sauce over it.</p>
