Ingredients:

8 oz cooked and peeled Prawns

4 oz Strawberries, sliced

2 Gem lettuces, rinsed and torn

1 medium size seasonal Melon

1 Celery heart, chopped

½ tsp Lemon juice

2 tsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Caster Sugar

Salt & Grounded Black Pepper for taste

Method:

In order to make the delicious and tangy Prawn Fruit Salad, you first need to peel and chop the avocado and place them in a mixing bowl. Then, sprinkle it with lemon juice to prevent it from discoloring. Now, get the melon and scoop out the flesh using a melon baler.
