Ingredients:

4 White fish fillets

3 Thyme sprigs, leaved removed and crushed

1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Angle Hair Pasta

1/2 cup finely sliced Green onions

1/3 cup grated nonfat Parmesan cheese

1 cup halved Mushroom caps

1 medium Onion, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, chopped

1 tsp All-purpose flour

Method:

First of all, preheat the oven at 350 degree Celsius. Then, place cheese along with flour and thyme in a paper bag. Now, coat the fish by gently shaking in the bag and then discard the coating ingredients. After this place the fillets in the baking pan with rack.

Now, bake for 20 minutes or till the fish flakes easily with a fork. Next step would be to prepare the pasta according to the directions mentioned on the package. It’s time to heat a large and non-stick skillet over medium heat flame. Now, add onion, green onions, mushrooms and garlic in it. Cook it while stirring it frequently. Then, season with salt and ground black pepper.

Lastly, place the pasta on oven-warmed plates and arrange the fish over the pasta in an attractive way. Serve hot with mushroom medley over fish.
