<p>1 cup cooked crab meat
<p>1/2 cup mayonnaise
<p>1/2 cup sour cream
<p>2 tbsp minced shallots
<p>1 tsp grated lemon peel
<p>1 tsp lemon juice
<p>1 tsp of white wine vinegar or 1 1/2 teaspoons of dry white wine
<p>1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
<p>1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
<p>Salt and pepper
<p><b>Method:</b>
<p>The first step involved in making a crab dip is to combine mayonnaise, shallots, lemon zest, sour cream, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Then, fold in the crab meat in this mixture.
<p>Add salt and pepper according to your taste and then let it chill for about 2 hours or overnight. Finally, serve it with crackers or celery and carrots.</p>

<li>1 tsp Mustard (yellow or Dijon) </li>

<li>1/2 tsp Garlic powder </li>
<li>1-2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika with a little ground ginger and cayenne) </li>
<li>1-2 tsp Lemon juice </li>
<li>1 teaspoon Lemon zest </li>
<li>3/4 lb to 1 lb of Lump crab meat, fresh or canned </li>
<li>Day old French or Italian loaf bread, cubed into 1-inch cubes </li>
</ul>
<p><b>Method:</b>
<p>First of all, heat the cream cheese along with mayo, garlic powder, powdered sugar, lemon zest, mustard and Old Bay in a double boiler and let the cheese melt.
<p>Next step is to slowly stir in it wine along with lemon juice. After this add in it crab meat and onion greens.
<p>Crab Fondue is ready to serve and for serving heat chafing dish or a fondue pot to keep in hot.</p>
