<h4><strong>Method</strong></h4>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Remove the eyes of prawns and slit the remaining prawns and remove their veins. Dry the slit prawns.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span lang="BG"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Take a large pan and heat oil in it and then deep-fry prawns. Then drain and keep separately.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Take a pan and melt butter in it. Then add chilies, curry leaves, salt and garlic. Fry all these for about 2 minutes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now, mix<span>  </span>soy sauce, sugar, prawns, grated coconut and wine. Mix well and cook for about 2 minutes on high heat while stirring continuously.</span></p>
