<p>3-4 tablespoons oil
<p>1 teaspoon seasoning salt
<p>1/ 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
<p>1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
<p>5-6 tablespoons lemon juice
<p>6 tablespoons tomato ketchup
<p>2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
<p>1/ 2 sugar mustard powder
<p>1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
<p>2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
<p>2 medium sized onion, chopped
<p>2 boneless beef shoulder chuck steaks
<p>1 1/ 2 cup water
<p>1 1/ 2 cup tomato sauce</p>

<p><b>Method</b>
<p>First take a large skillet or electric frying pan and heat oil in it over medium heat.
<p>Combine water with tomato sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard powder and Worcestershire sauce until combined properly, then set aside.
<p>Now, season both the chuck steak with salt and pepper.
<p>Then, brown both the sides of the steaks in hot oil and remove in a plate.
<p>Now, add onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
<p>Then, add garlic and crushed chili flakes and cook while stirring for 1-2 minutes.
<p>Now, pour the prepared sauce over the meat and cover and then heat on sim flame for 1- 1/ 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
<p>Serve hot with salt and pepper seasoning if required. </p>
