Ingredients:

1” – 2” thick T-Bone Steak

Olive Oil

Chef’s Salt

Kosher and Sea.

Method:

T-Bones are the highest quality steaks available around the world. It is a T-shaped bone covered by meat on either side. Meat from strip loin forms the larger part while the smaller part contains beef tenderloin.

Cover both the sides of steak already at room temperature with salt and pepper.

Make sure you already have glowing red coal.

Now sear the meat over the coal for 2-3 minutes. The time depends upon how hot the coal is and how much deep the cut is. Turn Over the steak and repeat the process of searing.

Now move over to other side of the coal and cover the BBQ grill so that you can cook the steak as per the required doneness. The covered BBQ grill enables you to cook the steak well.

What is amazing is that you don’t need a knife to eat it.
