Ingredients:
300g cooked steak
1 tbsp butter
1 large potato, cubed
1 small avocado, sliced
Green torn, lettuce, spinach and watercress
Oil for frying
For Dressing:
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp horserash sauce
½ tsp sugar
Method:
Firstly, fry the potato cubes in a pan with butter and oil until golden brown. Then, drain on a tissue paper.
Then, slice the steak in thin slices and make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl over low heat and whisking until the sugar dissolves.
Now, add avocado, greens, crunchy potatoes and steak in a bowl and mix it well.
Serve the potatoes with the prepared dressing.
