Ingredients
Steak
1/ 2 cup red wine
1/ 2 cup Italian dressing
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Salt to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients except steak in a 1 gallon zipper bag.
Now, place the steak in the marinade and refrigerate it for at least 3 hours.
Grill over medium coals for 7 minutes per side.
Serve by slicing across the grain.
