cheesesteakpizza2 Ingredients

1 large homemade pizza dough

1 small green bell pepper

1 small onion

2 cups mozzarella cheese

1 lb lean ground beef

3/ 4 teaspoon salt

1/ 2 teaspoon black peppers

Method

First of all, preheat the oven at 400 degree Fahrenheit.

Then, take a large skillet and brown the ground beef on medium heat for about 6 minutes.

Now, add bell pepper and onion and cook for about 4 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. Then, season with salt and pepper.

Take a baking sheet and place the bread shell on it. Now, remove the beef and vegetables from the skillet with a slotted spoon and arrange on top of the bread shell.

Then sprinkle the cheese on the top of the beef and vegetable mixture.

Now, bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Serve hot after cutting in 8 wedges.
