Want to taste the tandoori flavor in a seafood dish? Then, how about the delicious Tandoori Shrimp Recipe? This dish can be prepared easily with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients:

2 lb 2 oz/1kg jumbo shrimps, 1 cup yogurt, 3 tsp lemon juice, 3 tsp garlic – ginger paste, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp red food coloring, 1 tsp coriander powder and Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

First of all, put yogurt in a large bowl. Then, add in it garlic – ginger paste along with chili powder, cumin, garam masala, salt, red food coloring and coriander powder. Mix it all well.

Next step is to add shrimps in the yogurt and spice mixture and coat the shrimps well with the mixture. Let it marinate in refrigerator covered for about 6 hours. Now, preheat the broiler at medium heat.

After this, transfer the shrimps to a heatproof dish and grease it with some vegetable oil. Let the dish cook for about 30 minutes in the preheated broiler. In between, turn the shrimp pieces and bast with the remaining oil. Cook till the meat is tender. Serve it hot with a dipping of your choice.
