Men think cooking is extremely difficult, is it? I just think it is yet another excuse of not making food. Any ways, I won’t go deeper in fight of the sexes and better take a turn to the sweet sesame shrimp recipe. This recipe doesn’t take too longer and gets cooked faster than you expect. However, planning and preparation is pre-requisite for making this dish, since the foremost step is to marinate the shrimps for couple of hours before grilling. I bet after grilling, you would instantly like to eat it even before serving. They will smell heavenly. And, if you will grill them nicely, they will make a perfect dish for supper. Note down the ingredients-

For 3-4 servings

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon mirin

20 raw large shrimp, peeled

Lime wedges

4 10-inch presoaked bamboo skewers

Mix sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and mirin in a bowl. Add shrimp to the blend and flip them to coat evenly. Then insert 5 shrimp in each presoaked skewer and cover them with a plastic wrap. Then refrigerate them for approximately 30 minutes. Grill them over medium-hot colas till the shells turn pink and the flesh becomes opaque. Make sure you keep each side for 3 minutes. Serve them hot with lime wedges and Enjoy your meal.
