Ingredients:
12 Jumbo sized shrimps with tails – peeled and deveined
Garlic cloves – 2 Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
Lemon Juice – 2 teaspoon
Steak seasoning – 1 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes – ¼ teaspoon
Fresh chopped parsley – 1 tablespoon
Method:
Put on the flame to medium high heat and heat a large skillet.
Put in shrimps, garlic, olive oil and red pepper flakes. Add to it grill seasoning, salt and pepper.
Make sure that you cook the shrimps for 3 minutes or till the time they turn pink.
Toss the mixture with lemon juice, lemon zest and chopped parsley.
Turn the shrimps to serving dish and leave garlic cloves in the cooking pan.
