Smoky Paprika Shrimp Skewers Recipe

Shrimp can be prepared in a superb way in the form of Smoky Paprika Shrimp Skewers. Read on to learn how to prepare this tasty dish with just a couple of ingredients.

Ingredients:

1lb Large Shrimp

1/3 cup Olive Oil

2 tbsp Sweet Paprika

2 tbsp Smoked Paprika

2 tbsp Lime Juice

1 tsp Kosher Salt

½ tsp Ground Cumin

½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

Method:

To prepare Smoky Paprika Shrimp Skewers, you first need to soak the bamboo skewers in water for half an hour. Then, take a large bowl and whisk in it spices including, paprikas, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, lime juice and olive oil. After this add, shrimp and toss to coat this mixture as marinade. Keep in refrigerator to chill for half an hour.

Next step is to prepare the grill for medium high heat. Then, thread the shrimp onto skewers and baste the grill grates with some vegetable oil in order to keep the shrimp non sticky. Now, grill or cook for a few minutes per side or until the shrimp is cooked. Then, remove from grill and serve hot.

Ingredients mentioned in this recipe are sufficient to serve 4 people at a time.
