Gin-Soaked Shrimp

If you love eating shrimp, then trying Gin-Soaked Shrimp recipe is a must for you. This easy to prepare recipe is a good appetizer before a delicious meal. You can prepare Gin-Soaked Shrimp for any occasion within a few minutes. Moreover, the ingredients required for preparing it are easily available at home.

Ingredients:
1 lb peeled raw Shrimp, thawed and drained
1 tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
¼ cup Gin
½ cup finely chopped grated Mild White Onion
Few drops of Asian Chili Oil
Few Cilantro Leaves, chopped

Method:

To make Gin-Soaked Shrimp, your first step would involve heating olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Then, cook onion in it until soft. After this, add in it shrimp along with cilantro and cook until the shrimp is opaque.

Next step would be to stir in the remaining ingredients in this mixture. Then, add in it sugar, salt and gin, keep stirring till all this dissolves. Then, serve it hot. The quantity of ingredients mentioned in this article are sufficient to serve up to 6 people at a time.
