59215 Ingredients

1/ 2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/ 3 cup pesto

1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

1/ 2 cup butter

2 cups cream

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pound linguine pasta

Method

Take a large pot and boil salted water. Then add linguine pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until the al dente drains.

Now, take a large pan and melt butter in it. Add cream and season with pepper and then cook for 8 minutes stirring constantly.

Add Parmesan cheese in the cream sauce and keep stirring to mix well and blend the pesto. Cook for about 5 minutes to make it thick.

Finally, stir in the shrimp and cook until it turns pink for about 5 minutes.

Serve the shrimp hot over linguine pasta.
