Ingredients
¼ cup butter
1 ½ lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups half-and-half
¼ cup fresh basil, minced
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional]
8 ounces pasta, cooked and drained
Method
First of all cook pasta.
Heat butter in a skillet and add shrimp and garlic.
Saute shrimp for four minutes and remove from skillet.
Then, add half-and-half and boil it.
Reduce heat and cook at low heat for 15 minutes and stirring frequently.
Now, add shrimp, basil, pepper, pepper flakes and cheese.
Now, pour the sauce into a bowl and add pasta and toss it well and serve hot.
