Panko-crusted Salmon

Your favorite salmon can taste so good, you will get o realize once you will prepare the exotic Panko Crusted Salmon as per the following recipe. Ingredients mentioned in this recipe are enough to serve 4 people at a time.

Ingredients:

4 pieces cut, boneless Salmon

2/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

2 tbsp chopped Italian Parsley

2 tbsp Honey Mustard

4 tsp Olive Oil

2 tsp chopped Fresh Thyme

½ tsp Hungarian Sweet Paprika

Salt & Pepper according to taste

Method:

The first step involved in making Panko Crusted Salmon is to pre heat the oven at 400 degree F. Then, place the salmon in a foil lined baking sheet while keeping the skin side down. Now, sprinkle on it salt and pepper according to your taste.

Next step is to take a small bowl and mix in it honey mustard along with 1 tsp thyme. Take another bowl and mix in it panko along with the remaining 1 tsp of thyme, 4 tsp of olive oil, paprika and parsley. Also add, salt and pepper in it for seasoning.

Once, all this is done, you need to use a small spoon to spread the mustard mixture on the salmon and top it with breadcrumb mixture. Now, roast the salmon for about 14 minutes or till it is firm to touch. Serve hot.
