4 oz Strawberries, sliced
2 Gem lettuces, rinsed and torn

1 tbsp Unsweetened Orange Juice
2 tsp chopped fresh Parsley
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Caster Sugar

In order to make the delicious and tangy Prawn Fruit Salad, you first need to peel and chop the avocado and place them in a mixing bowl. Then, sprinkle it with lemon juice to prevent it from discoloring. Now, get the melon and scoop out the flesh using a melon baler.
Next step is to make the puree for the dressing by mixing all the ingredients for the dressing in the blender. Now, arrange the lettuce on different plates and divide the prawn mixture on the plates and pour the prepared dressing over the prawns and serve them immediately.
