Prawn Cocktail

Prawns – 750 grams

Tomato Puree – 2 table spoon

Lemon Slices 4-5

Mayonnaise – 9 table spoon

Parsley Chopped – 1 tablespoon

Crisp hearted lettuce – 1

Black Pepper

Red chilli powder

Method :

If the prawns are fresh, peel them or else defrost them.

Mix well mayonnaise and tomato puree to get deep pink color.

Add prawns to the mixture and put in black pepper. You should use freshly grounded black pepper to get the desired taste and aroma.

Wash the lettuce properly and shred it. Now divide the lettuce in 4 separate dishes.

Put in the prawns and mayonnaise mixture in to the four dishes equally.

Now drop finely chopped parsley on the dish and little cayenne pepper.

Cut half way across diameter of lemon slice. Twist the cuts in opposite directions.

Put the twisted lemon on each of prawn cocktail and serve.
