Garlic Prawn Recipe Ingredients:

400 – 500g large prawns cleaned and without heads

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp sherry or rice wine

Black pepper

Method:

First of all, boil some water till its steaming hot. Then, take a plate that fits inside your steamer and layer the prawns on it.

Now, whisk the remaining ingredients in a bowl to mix the flavours and pour the prepared sauce over the prawns properly. Make sure to leave the mounds of garlic as topping.

Then, place the plate in the steamer and steam for about 3-4 minutes until the prawns are pink and firm.

Make sure to be careful while removing the plate that you don’t burn your hand.

Serve hot with coriander leaves on top or with rice.
