Chili Prawn Pizza

Ingredients

For Dough

2g sugar

2g salt

2g yeast

10ml olive oil

60ml luke warm water

110g flour

For Pizza Topping

75g prawns, sliced

2 bocconcini balls, broken in pieces

8 cherry tomatoes, sliced in three

1/ 2 roasted red capsicum, diced

100ml Napoli pizza sauce

50g mozzarella, grated

30ml garlic confit

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

salt and pepper to taste

salse verde to serve


Method

For Dough

Mix sugar, water, yeast and olive oil in a mixer for four minutes. Leave it for 10 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.

Add salt and enough flour blending in mixer till the dough becomes soft. Now, take it out from the mixer in an oiled bowl and allow to rise it in double size in a warm place.

Once it has risen, knock it back with your fist for 30 seconds and then leave again. Now, roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray.

For Pizza

Now, preheat the oven at 240 degree Celcius.
