Ingredients
1 can of tuna fish
1 celery stalk, chopped finely
1/ 4 purple onion, chopped finely
1/ 3 cup of cottage cheese
Juice of half of a lemon
2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 or 2 pinch of dill
Slices of French bread, lightly toasted
Lettuce and sliced tomatoes (optional)
Method
Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients.
Spread the mixture on a toast either on one face open or in a regular sandwich with two bread slices and lettuce leaves.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
