You might have tasted different seafood dishes, but there is something very delicious about the Mahi Mahi fish when cooked in a Maui style. This dish is prepared in just a few minutes with a handful of ingredients. Read on to learn about the ingredients used and the exact method of cooking this fish dish for yourself and your guests on any occasion.

Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds Mahi Mahi
1 Garlic
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp Butter

Method:

To prepare the tempting Mahi Mahi in Maui Style, you first need to melt the butter in a skillet and brown the garlic in it. Then, remove it from heat and add in its teriyaki along with honey, lemon juice and sesame and toss it well.

Leave the mixture to marinate for at least 30 minutes. On the other hand, prepare a griller and grill it over medium coals until the fish is white and flakey. Serve hot with a dipping of your choice.
