7_fiestatuna Ingredients:

2 cans Clover Leaf Chunk White Tuna, drained

2 Cooked baking potatoes

½ cup chopped green onion and corn kernels

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese sour cream

2 cups mild salsa

Method:

First of all, preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Then, cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes not removing the skin.

Now, stir in the potatoes gently with the tuna, corn, green onion and salsa. Then, scrap the mixture in a 7 x 11-inch casserole.

The next step would be to sprinkle the casserole with the cheese and transferring it to the oven. Now, bake it for about 25 minutes or till the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.

Now, serve the casserole with sour cream and make 4 servings.
