Are you fond of crabs? Then, you would love to try the delicious Crab Dip. This easy to make dip can work as a great addition in your menu on a special dinner or lunch. Your guests would simply love it and ask you for its recipe. So, here is the secret of Crab Dip

Recipe for you explained in the most simplest way.

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked crab meat

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tbsp minced shallots

1 tsp grated lemon peel

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp of white wine vinegar or 1 1/2 teaspoons of dry white wine

1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill

Salt and pepper

Method:

The first step involved in making a crab dip is to combine mayonnaise, shallots, lemon zest, sour cream, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Then, fold in the crab meat in this mixture.

Add salt and pepper according to your taste and then let it chill for about 2 hours or overnight. Finally, serve it with crackers or celery and carrots.
