<p><b>Method:</b>
<p>To prepare the tasty Hanger Steak With Pineapple And Peppers dish you will first need to preheat the oven and then cut two half inch rounds from pineapple and make it into 8 pieces. Next step is to mince 2 pineapple pieces and place it in a mortar. Now, mince garlic cloves and add 2 to the mortar. Mix in olive oil, vinegars, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic and the pineapple. Make a juicy mixture.
<p>After this, sprinkle fine grained sea salt on the bottom of a pan and add the hanger steak to it and broil the steak in oven for about 5 minutes. Now, cube the red bell pepper in 1cm cubes and rub the steak with a thin glaze of butter and after sometime apply the pineapple mixture on it and place the remaining pineapple slices around the outside of the pan and broil for 2 minutes.

<p>In order to prepare Ostrich Steak With Brandy And Mustard Sauce, you first need to reduce the brandy with the shallot and garlic by 4/5<sup>th</sup>. Now, add the mustard and demi glace sauce to the Brandy syrup and cook at sim heat and season and keep it warm.
<p>Next step is to heat the oil in a pan and season the ostrich with cracked black pepper and some sea salt. Now, fry it over medium heat for 2 minutes and turn over and repeat. After this, you need to deglaze the frying pan with the reserved Brandy and stock and pour it on the sauce.
<p>You then need to whisk the butter and add it in the sauce piece by piece to give proper richness and gloss. Garnish the steaks by placing it on a plate and spooning the sauce over it.</p>

Then, put some oil, soy sauce, garlic, scallions, red pepper, cumin, lime juice, sugar and puree in a blender. Then, put skirt steak pieces in a large heavy duty zip top bag for marinating.
<p>Then, remove the air and seal the bag to marinate for about an hour in refrigerator. After that remove it from the bag and pat dry with paper towels and lay the dried steaks on hot coals for 1 minute per side.
<p>Once cooked, place meat in a double thick aluminum foil and wrap to make it set for 15 minutes. Then, remove it from the foil and slice thinly and toss with juice. Serve it hot with grilled peppers and onions.  </p>

Now, take a large skillet and cook the steaks in it using hot butter over medium heat. Just turn the steaks once while cooking. Let it cook on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
<p>Then, transfer the steaks on a serving platter and keep aside the warm drippings in the skillet. Now, prepare the sauce and combine the brandy and beef broth. After this, stir into drippings in the skillet. Then, stir in whipping cream and mustard in the dripping reserved in the skillet. Now, bring the mixture to a boil and heat for about 5 minutes.
<p>The sauce is prepared now. So, spoon this sauce over steaks before serving. The ingredients mentioned here are enough to serve 4 people at a time.</p>

<p>1 tbsp butter
<p>1 small avocado sliced

<p>Your procedure to prepare Summer Steak Salad begins by first putting oil and butter in a pan. Then you need to add cubed potatoes and fry until golden brown. When done, remove and drain on a tissue paper.
<p>Next step is to slice the steak into thin slices of 1/2cm thickness. After this, make the dressing by simply adding all the dressing ingredients in a small pot and heating it on low flame, keep whisking until the sugar dissolves.
