<p>To prepare Ling Cod with Tomato and Orange , you first need to heat oil in a pan and sauté onions in it for about 5 minutes. Then, add in it orange zest, orange segments, olives, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Now, cover and cook on sim for about 10 minutes.

<p><b>Method:</b>
<p>To make Pacific Black Cod Escabeche, you first need to heat ½ cup olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium high heat. Then, sauté the bell peppers, onions, carrot and chili to make them soft by cooking for 5-10 minutes. Then, stir in it vinegar and remove from the heat and keep aside.
<p>Your next step would be to pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel and to sprinkle salt and pepper on both the sides of the fish fillets. Now, place the flour on a plate and cover the fillets in flour on both sides and heat the remaining oil in a frying pan on high heat. After this, add the fish fillets in the pan and cook on one side for 1-2 minutes and flip and cook on the other side. Remove the fish from the pan and place the partially cooked fish fillets in a ceramic dish.
<p>Your next step would be to spoon the vinegar vegetable mix over and also around the fish. After this refrigerate the fish overnight and then bring it to the room temperature and serve on a small plate with a cheese taco if desired. </p>

<p>In order to make Crawfish Etouffee Dish, you first need to melt butter in a large skillet and then add celery, onion, green pepper and garlic. Now, cook it all for 5 minutes stirring in between. Then, sprinkle in flour and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
<p>Next step is to add chicken stock and tomato sauce in it. After this cook it until it is bit bubble and thick. Now, add crawfish tails and boil it. Reduce the heat and cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. You now need to add salt, pepper and cayenne according to your taste. Also, add scallions and parsley and cook on sim heat for a while.
<p>Serve hot over rice. </p>
