<p><b>Ingredients:</b>
<p>1 cup cooked crab meat
<p>1/2 cup mayonnaise
<p>1/2 cup sour cream
<p>2 tbsp minced shallots
<p>1 tsp grated lemon peel
<p>1 tsp lemon juice
<p>1 tsp of white wine vinegar or 1 1/2 teaspoons of dry white wine
<p>1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
<p>1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
<p>Salt and pepper
<p><b>Method:</b>
<p>The first step involved in making a crab dip is to combine mayonnaise, shallots, lemon zest, sour cream, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Then, fold in the crab meat in this mixture.
<p>Add salt and pepper according to your taste and then let it chill for about 2 hours or overnight. Finally, serve it with crackers or celery and carrots.</p>

<li>18 ounces (3 6-oz packages) Cream cheese </li>
<li>1/2 cup Mayonnaise </li>

<li>1/4 cup chopped Green onion greens, chives, or parsley </li>
<li>1 tsp Mustard (yellow or Dijon) </li>
<li>2 tbsp Powdered sugar (or 1 Tbsp corn starch if you want to skip the sugar) </li>
<li>1/2 tsp Garlic powder </li>
<li>1-2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika with a little ground ginger and cayenne) </li>
<li>1-2 tsp Lemon juice </li>
<li>1 teaspoon Lemon zest </li>
<li>3/4 lb to 1 lb of Lump crab meat, fresh or canned </li>
<li>Day old French or Italian loaf bread, cubed into 1-inch cubes </li>
</ul>
<p><b>Method:</b>
<p>First of all, heat the cream cheese along with mayo, garlic powder, powdered sugar, lemon zest, mustard and Old Bay in a double boiler and let the cheese melt.
<p>Next step is to slowly stir in it wine along with lemon juice. After this add in it crab meat and onion greens.
<p>Crab Fondue is ready to serve and for serving heat chafing dish or a fondue pot to keep in hot.</p>

<p>1/2 cup chopped potato chips and chips for crusting the cakes
<p>3 tbsp Canola oil
<p>3 tbsp Mayonnaise
<p>2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped <br />2 tbsp Red peppers, chopped and sautéed <br />2 dashes Tabasco sauce <br />Juice from 1/4 fresh lemon <br />Cracked white pepper to taste
<p><b>Method</b>
<p>To make Crab cakes, you first need to pick the crab meat and ensure that there is no bone or cartilage in it. Now, the next step would be to mix the remaining ingredients and seasoning according to the taste. Remember not to over mix the ingredients with the crab.
<p>After this form the mixture into 3 oz. cakes and dust them lightly with crushed potatoes chips. Once this is done, sauté the prepared caked in a shallow pan over medium heat till the cakes are golden brown. Then, bake the cakes in an oven at 350 degree F for about 5 minutes. </p>

<p>The procedure to make Stuffed Lobster Tail starts by spreading the lobster tails and pulling out the neat part over the shell without removing the end. Then, grease it with butter and season it with lemon and pepper seasoning.
<p>To make the stuffing for Stuffed Lobster Tail, you need to first sauté the vegetables in olive oil. After this add the diced shrimp and then remove from the heat and add egg white while stirring it continuously. Now, season the prepared stuffing and fill the shells under the tail meat.
<p>Next step is to place the stuffed lobster on the top most shelf of BBQ and to close the lid. Now, cook till the tail meat is white. Then, serve Stuffed Lobster Tail with butter. </p>
